Please explain what this means....

So I was looking at the MMP events page and I have no idea what they are talking about with the below statement. Can anyone enlighten me?

If you drop two wheels off course more than once in a session you are required to enter the pits to explain your actions. If you drop four wheels off course or spin, you are required to enter the pits to explain your actions. If you drop four wheels off course or spin more than once during an Open Track Day, you may be excluded from the remainder of the day.

I believe what they are saying is "if you suck at driving, you'd better be prepared to make excuses or be booted for the day."
The rule was obviously designed for car guys and is intended to make sure the clueless folks aren't out there posing a danger to others or themselves by driving above their limits.
The same would probably apply for bike riders who repeatedly ran off the course by cutting a corner to wide or something along those lines.

if you go off course, go to the pits and explain yourself. If you go off course while using your training wheels, well, then you are really in trouble.
