Only reason I bring up this point is because there is always ALOT of talk about people wanting to go do track days and ALOT of people NOT making the commitment....therefore I don't make any commitments or promises, or arrangments until I have actually commited to purchasing track time.

unless I'm dealing with stubby....then he just grabs my hand puts my credit card in my hand and makes me order.....damn the pimp hand!

That you are. We can all figure out the transportation gig when it gets closer. I just purchased a pickup recently so I'm sure I can pull off helping out if need be.

900 bones for gear for 1 trackday? That is dope that you got some sick gear, but $500 leathers would work just as well. (this is a trackday not a race). While you are on a spending spree would you like to buy me a -1,+2 520 conversion for my 03 636?

Ming dont worry about transport. I got the ok from the woman. We can mob the Lac down there. Only sh!tty thing is my trailer isnt covered and I think Stubbs is borrowing Dons. Last time I pulled a big a$$ covered trailer and got like 9 mpg so Id like to get a few other peeps going in on gas if we can. I can prob borrow that trailer again but my trailer will hold 3 bikes

So this may work. We should see if Don will let us borrow his trailer, this way we can get 5-6 bikes down there with ease. You still got a full set of leathers bran?

Do you guys leave after work on Friday? I'm out of vacation, but I might be able to make it otherwise. Also, how is the weather down there in October?

There are several more going - just not on brn, so the garage is a non issue there J.

Good luck with getting 5 or 6 bikes in one setup.

Last October the first date was canceled due to a snow storm. It was rescheduled for the 26th of October, and it was perfect for riding. The high was mid 70s, and the low was around 55. With the late summer start I would expect to have an late start to the fall weather.

Typically if the track day is on a Saturday, yes we would leave Friday and return Saturday after the event. Otherwise we leave on Saturday and come back Sunday night.

There isn't an open TD before the October event though. The last week of racing is the weekend prior to the apex td.

I try to leave early so we can get a good night sleep, and not have to rush anything. If you can make the TD, maybe we could haul the bike for you and either fly down and ride back with us. You can grab a one way for like $70. Or hitch a ride with someone leaving later in the evening.

Or you could do a winter track day with us in Cali
