Cancellations within 14 days of an event will only receive a credit toward a future event to the extent we can fill your slot with another customer.

I think you should call and talk to them.
Cause if you think about it... I'd GLADLY take the track time (assuming i could go but i don't think i can) BUT; that means I'd get the special $99 first time discount. I think APEX needs to re-think this.
Tell them they lose money by not letting you cancel

Man! You are making it harder and harder for me to not go to the track this weekend! I'm thinking about it, but I have my bike in the garage with it's transmission and clutch guts all over the place waiting to get put back together. Oh, and no rearsets or triple tree (being powder coated). Probably not enough time for me to make it

I'll be down there this weekend but already have commitments and can't make it out to the track ... not sure if the big ole pig of a Busa would do to well on the track, she really likes to push into corners... Might be time to pick up another liter bike and start meeting up with you guys to go down to the track. How many riders from the valley go down to SLC? How often?

I would suggest you take it. I took mine and I had a blast. It was my first time so I never even came close to reaching the limits of the Busa in a corner. I'd be curious to hear how one does in the hands of someone who knows what they are doing on the track.

i got hold of APEX today and they said that the track pass can be transferred to a person that has been before but then that person has to pay the difference. so im out. its still a good discount for someone that has been to a track and a great deal for a first timer.
