Depends on the date, but it's usually in that ballpark.

Just something to keep in mind seems how most of you won't ride in the rain. We should have another wet spring so the early events might be wet.

There is a shop at MMP that rents gear. You would want to reserve early though to make sure they have something that fits you. As far as planning, I wouldn't worry about planning something 2 months out. On BRN you will get too many people that say they are going then not purchase track time and back out very close to the track date.

$100? Wow. There is an extremely slim chance that I could afford that. I'm not sure my bike would pass tech though since it's missing 80 percent of it's bodywork and the front works don't look... well.

well wet dry going or not im in ......... if needed i can help with track day prep
i know this is well in advance but it gives people a chance to save or think about this and adjust there plans to make this event . i will say this being a street rider this experience is second to only sex in my opinion and well worth the bucks !!!! oh and you might want to save an extra $40 to have Jason at corporate suspension work on your bike setup it made a huge difference for me !!! as i understand he is usually there for these events helping people ! just my two cents ......

Thats the spirit, but if you think track days are better than sex, wait till you grid up and drag race to turn 1, 4 - 6 bikes wide all battling for the race line. Nothing compares to that

Sign up here for a FREE APEXtrackdays Membership (http://www.apextrackdays.com/membership). That would be cool. Anyone car pool to it? I would do it if I could share a ride. Screw the motel i can sleep in a tent. I think I would learn a lot more at a track than carving canyons and trying to learn it on my own.

lots of us go. Sleeping in a tent on hot pavement = no bueno. You want a good night of sleep before hitting the track. There is also a fee for camping at the track.

Loopy I am planning on going down for track day. I will not be riding but taking pictures. If anyone has room for me and my camera gear I would be happy pitch in. Otherwise I will drive my truck down and haul my gear in early that morning.
So who has room for me and:

And before some a$$ says it...NO I AM NOT COMPENSATING
....they are actually quite similar

Plus I have 3 cameras... or the equivalant of 3 more bikes.

As it stands right now I have two maybe three spots for bikes in the trailer. As for people, the backseat of a 92 F350 extended cab is open. I would say maybe one person could sit back there. It is a little small.
