I looked at the schedule. That is why it says other than points events what test and tune and events are you doing. I'm not sure I can do every test and tune but wanted to know what ones people were doing

are you asking for someone's approval to be there at those days or what? i'm pretty sure that you are a big boy and can figure out the days you want to go all on your own without posting this useless shit.

On the schedule, SB means street bike points races....after that you are on your own man.

Alright Don. I'm going to let you get away with this today because I should have gotten that joke. But next time I break your neck again.

Back on subject,
Firebird Raceway, I would like to know what has to be done with both my bike and what gear I need, ratings and such.

Heard rumors, but not sure. I heard that Firebird uses NHRA rules.
I understand that the bike needs a kill tether
As far as gear, I understood that the helmet must be Snell approved.
Full Leather, one or 2 piece suit.
Over ankle boots. Then the odd one that I heard was Kevlar lined leather gloves.
As per 2010 posted rules.

Can anyone verify this? Or add to it?

you dont need a tether if your bike has a tip over switch.

you need a chain guard on your bike. Full leathers if you go over 120mph. And your helmet must be newer than 10 years lol.

p.s. A modified license plate will work.

Chain guard has to go to the centerline of the axle. Bailey is correct on the tether. Full leathers, snell 2000 or better helmet, leather boots that cover your ankles, and no antifreeze.

HMMMM....... pot ....kettle......black.......
for someone that was complaining about being forced to race and ride against your will last year you sure are a keyboard ninja this year. If you genuinely have found a love of riding good for you but I think that you are the last person to be on here calling anyone on their BS.

well i guess nothing changes

OK so no antifreeze Well that is good to know and i am trying to figure out how to tell if my helmets are SNELL approved. Me and my father have the same exact hemet except his has a sticker on the back that says snell and mine does not. Its good to see all the drama about the race track happening before the season starts and still wondering what kind of a bike pimp it is riding, or pushing lol. Don im looking forward to launching next to you. NO FEAR. My wife passed her motorcycle test today so were ready to ride oh and her bike is done finally. I will post some pics. Anyways............ SNELL? and Antifreeze
