The crew at SBK775 are great people who put on a really good event. I went and hung out at the last one and watched a few of my friends run. (funds didn't allow me to ride that day)

Though RFR facilities are a little lacking and definitely not up to the standards at MMP its still a great time with a lot of good people. At that price Im sure a lot of the SCR crew will come up from Sacramento as well. I just wish it wasn't on a Friday or I would be there.

Sounds interesting. The distance to the track is shorter (just slightly) than MMP. The Cost sounds great.

Yea its a good time down there. Their bike tech inspection is more relaxed than mmp. Full weekends run around 240 for both days. They are in the process of setting another weekend one up. As soon as they do i will post up here and see if any of you want to tag along with some of us mt. Home folks

SCR is the Sacramento version of BRN. = Sacramento Crotch Rockets

Good People, was just saying with the price that low, it will draw alot of people from different areas and should be a really good time.

and really as far as distance goes, MMP is 368 miles from Boise and RFR is 392 miles.

For a $75 track day I would think the extra thirty miles would be worth it.

In case yall didnt know, the SBK775 crew is also running a trackday Saturday the 4th of Sep for $99.00

If you wanted to head out to RFr for some cheap fun but couldnt make it Friday, Saturday might be an option for you.

There is also a Yamaha appreciation track day in Utah commin up in sept and all newer yamahas get free track days that weekend...Im pretty sure...and older yammies are $50 a day not sure if that rate applies to other makes as well but SRY has flyers about it

I really want to go but I know I am going to have an ACL surgery here soon so I dont think Im going to be in any shape to be on a bike

Hey, I just found this board so I'll certainly keep you apprised of the goings on at RFR.
I'm glad you liked the SBK775.com days. They were a blast for us to put on.

Rfr

The Mgmt of RFR has changed their business model.
Gone are the days of ultra cheap, club run events.
A few of us from the SBK775 founded Precision Trackdays to fill the void, and the RFR schedule.
