ISDE Qualifyer Team

K Guys i want to get a select few people together as a team to run the Idaho city qualifyer.. Its important to start practicing now and pulling resorces together such as part sponsors or people who are willing to come support us or run pit crew during the two day event.. I know its not cheap to go out every weekend to new locations to ride or to maintain bikes so everyone must be willing to chip in time to help eachother out.. Some people i would like to see are Liteone and IdahoBaller.. I want to keep a group that has the same pace.. Some things i am looking at doing in the next few months are Long over 4 hour rides to build endurance. More technical training such as rock pits, washes , trees, and poor weather riding conditions as well.. First practice will be Orena 100.. this should show where everone is at and what needs to be worked on.. Anyways throw some input in and let me know.. Also i think WD should run as well i forgot to throw you in maybe stubby if he will stop pissing on roads.

If you don't mind, if I did something like that, I would rather ride, running it would be way more work than I am willing to do.

Thats a long race, with a lot of roads, not sure if I will have enough piss to mark our territory or not. I don't know when this will be in relation to my road races so I might be in. Don't know how long I will last but willing to give it a shot.

I Ride: As often as possible!

I am willing to try it as well as long as I have the money to be able to do it. I also have a buddy of mine who wants to run the ISDE as well. Him and I are about equal speed as each other. This technical type terrain is for sure what I am best at and enjoy riding the most. I guess I should order up an oversize gas tank for my 2fiddy asap.

So when are we going riding?

I'm in for this weekend!

Today I am going to go pick up a new set of handgaurds for the 250 and order a zipty dry break ready fuel tank and a skid plate for it as well. Depending on how much cash I have left I might buy a shark fin for the rear break also.

So where are we going riding this weekend and when?

And on a side note I was just at motoone picking up my handgaurds and I found out the they have some 50% off coupons available for PV mx track. So for $20 you get 2 practice sessions instead of one! I think I am going to pick up like 4 or 5 of them!

I do want to hit the track but if the weather keeps up then we might have to switch to Hemmigway or something

I didnt mean that I necessarily wanted to hit the track this weekend, I just wanted to let you guys know that they had these available but will only have them for like a month or so, but they are good for the season. It just sounded like a good deal so I though I would let yall know about it. Half price on practice sounds good to me!

Something like hemmingway would probably be alot better preparation for oreana anyways... I dont care where we go, I just wanna go. lol

Yeah Mark told me about those, you can also pick them up at Carl's, but the website says it's limited to 2 per person. Good buy though.

You should let me know what you find out. Depending on how much it is I might do that as well. PVR is only like 15mins away from my house, so I could actually get out there quite often!

I just got my handgaurds installed, tranny fluid has been changed, new grips installed and wired, spark arrestor is installed and carb is jetted correctly.

Now I just need to put some new rear brake pads on it and re-adjust the chain and she will be ready for action! I will do that tomorrow when I get home from work.

While you're at it, you want to come over and wash the KTM, then clean and lube the chain for me?

I grew up on Yamaha, but the KTM does everything I need it to do so I'm good for now. Maybe when I can push the bike to its limits I'll change bikes
