I will be there Friday afternoon for SIDRA memberships and camping. Just spent the last 3 hours confirming race numbers for riders and emailing them or calling.

Hopefully parts all get here by Wednesday and I can get the bike up and going by Thursday, or it is going to be a long Thursday to get everything ready, if they get there by Thursday. Parts will be the only thing that prevents me from racing Saturday.

Start of the 2010 Season is going to be fun, exciting and AWESOME!

Hellfire, get that elbow healed up!

I'll either be in the pits or stunt riding for Buck. Cliff, you still planning on this one?

So I will really only have to do half of the race distance as a sportsman class racer? And I am sure I can swing the $25!

What do I need to do about a race number on my bike?

Nothing, you will be given a pie plate since you are not a SIDRA Member.

Ok, that sounds good. Do they make sure that you have a spark arrestor equipped on your bike? I have a couple buddies that want to run the race as well, but I think one of them doesnt have a sparky on their bike.

yep gotta have one, and must make sound test. most bikes will make sound limit.

You could build a spark screen if You had too.

I thought you were running sportsman too? Why would you want to run the extra lap if its no required?

So it looks like two of my buddies are going to run the race too. They both ended up having access to a sparky for their bikes, so all they need to do now is pick up their OHV stickers and they are good to go.
